  2. Blue World City One of the best housing communities in Islamabad, Blue World City is located in a prominent area. The Blue Group of Companies (BGC) and the renowned Chinese Shan Jian Municipal Engineering Company collaborated to develop this housing project. Following that, a disagreement developed between RDA and the District Council. Fortunately, the government signed the 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance at the end of December 2021 to settle this dispute. This claims that the District Council of Rawalpindi was given permission by the government to issue NOCs.

Blue World City Location It has easy access from the M-2 Lahore-Islamabad Motorway, is located at the Chakri Interchange on the important Chakri Road, and is close to the new International Airport in Islamabad.
