MTT Programme overview Trainee Development is a SABMiller talent programme aimed at developing high calibre employees who contribute to the achievement of company goals as their careers progress. Objectives: It provides for generic learning requirements but major sections focus on specific disciplines A broad range of competencies is provided as a base for subsequent career development It uses practical work experience and accelerates trainees along their career path People involved: Trainees talented university graduates (or graduates with a few years work experience) Line Manager L&D HR Plant

Candidates profile • Età: massimo 26 anni /28 anni (se con master) • Mobilità nazionale ed internazionale • Laurea magistrale con il massimo dei voti (preferibile un master): • chimica industriale • scienze agrarie • tecnologie alimentari • ingegneria chimica • ingegneria meccanica/elettronica/elettrotecnica, preferibilmente con indirizzo produzione • conoscenze di base: conoscenza dei materiali produttivi, elementi di chimica e fisica, elementi di meccanica, pneumatica, elettrica ed elettronica, principi della Lean Production • Ottima conoscenza inglese (preferibilmente certificata). Titolo preferenziale conoscenza di una seconda lingua (spagnolo, rumeno, ungherese, ceco, polacco) • Ottima conoscenza pacchetto office • Titolo preferenziale conoscenza SAP produzione e gestione magazzino, moduli ME, MB, MD • Titolo preferenziale: Stage o breve esperienza lavorativa presso aziende manifatturiere • Buona conoscenza del linguaggio AUTOCAD • Buone conoscenza delle normative in materia di sicurezza ed igiene alimentare • SPEDIRE I CV ALL’ATTENZIONE DI: • EMCappuccitti@peroni.it, ATaliani@peroni.it
