  2. Circuit training • 30 people overall ( girls ) • 5 per station • 2 nets • 3 carts of balls ( 75balls ) • Whistle and timer • Gym

  3. Stretching • 12 min of stretching • Jumping jacks (1 min) • Push-ups(30 sec) • Curl ups(30 sec) • stretching arms and legs (5 min) • 5 min of high knees, monster kicks • And squats

  4. Station 1 • 3 min Bump training and min and a half of rest • 3 min setting training • 20 sec water break

  5. Station 2 • Zigzag running to the net have to make it 2 min then 1 min for rest (2sets) • 30 sec water break

  6. Station 3 • Taking turns spiking for 3min • Taking turns tipping for 3 min • 1 min and a half rest • 20 sec water break

  7. Station 4 • Serving for a 3 min • Last man standing ; person who makes the most serves (4 min) • 20sec water break

  8. Station 5 • Covering drills 3 min • Min and half rest • Blocking drills 3 min • 20 sec water break

  9. Station 6 • Practice game for 10 min

  10. Cool down • 2 min of jogging around the gym and static stretching
