Objectives • Implement technical solution to facilitate, capture data, and report on Observations & Evaluations performed under the MCESA REIL program • Deliver single sign on capability through Identity Management System (IMS) and shared services portal • Migrate data from current tools/DB for historical reference • Integrate data necessary for REIL Score calculation • Define repeatable process/deliverables for future opt-in district implementations

Integrations In order of implementation priority: • Identity Management System • TNL Observation & Evaluation • To ADE ODS in EdFi/CEDS compliant standard • To Basis Research • Assessment DB (AIMS) • (if needed) – may integrate directly with DMS • Galileo (District benchmarks/Group B) • (if needed) – may integrate directly with DMS

  11. Data Migration • Teacher Observation Data Capture Tool • SY2012-13 data (for historical data) • Does this tool provide historical reporting? Or should we just integrate this data into the DMS solution?

Support (no idea what is included) • 1st Level – True North Logic??? • Triage issues, identify and resolve user training or product knowledge issues, verify product defect concerns and resolve product defects • 1st Level – ADE Support • Identify and resolve user account/IMS issues (1st level) • 2nd Level - MCESA Support • Identify and resolve user data issues, model framework concerns, relationships/hierarchy issues, reporting concerns, product change management
