This will bring you to a new window where you can choose to create an assignment, quiz or writing prompt. Each choice will guide you through creating an online document that can be linked to video segments. Student can log in, complete the assignment and submit it. You can access this information through “Assignment Manager”.

If you need to add students that are not already entered, select “Add New Students”. Fill in all of the text boxes that have an asterisk. It is helpful to devise a system when creating usernames. This way, when you instruct your students to log in you can teach them the system rather than give each student specific login information. For example, I always use the student’s first name, followed by his/her last initial, and the year s/he will graduate. I make a single, simple password that everyone can get started with. Select “Add New Students” to add the names to the class roster. Don’t forget to then save your class roster.
