  2. How to Verify Your Personal Info To keep your information current in both People First and the 411 Online Employee Directory, you must verify certain fields in People First for accuracy. Notify your human resources office if changes need to be made. Click Review My Information to get to the Personal Info section of People First. Department of Management Services People First

  4. Personal Info (Nickname) If you go by a nickname that you want to have published in the 411 online employee directory, you may enter it in the Personal Info screen. Additionally, you should verify that your name is spelled correctly and that your Social Security Number and birth date are correct. If a correction needs to be made, contact your human resources office. Department of Management Services People First

  11. Work Location and Phone Number To check your work location address and your work phone numbers for accuracy, go to the Work Info dropdown menu. Select Work Location Address. Click GO. Department of Management Services People First
