DATOS CLÍNICOS • Varón, 55 años • No enfermedades conocidas ni antecedentes clínicos de interés • 2004: masa quística en el polo superior del riñón izquierdo en el curso de una revisión médica de rutina en su empresa (ecografía), asintomática, que se decide controlar mediante revisiones periódicas • 2007: crecimiento objetivo de la masa, dolor lumbar • Exploración física: Normal • Analítica de sangre y orina: Normal • Nefrectomía laparoscópica

  5. RESUMEN • Descrito por MacLennan en 1997 • 3 copias de los cromosomas 7 y 17 • Areas mixtas tubuloquístico/papilar • En principio fue considerado como la forma de bajo grado del Carcinoma de ductos colectores (Bellini) • Buen pronóstico (¿?) • Pendiente de clasificación
