  5. CostsTotal: $1000.00 • Transportation: Students will provide their own transportation to the Louisville SRA. One or two 16 passenger buses will be rented for $100.00 to have available for participants lacking transportation. • Food: Estimated cost of food and supplies are $300.00, which is variant on the final menu and number of participants attending the event. • Activities: The costs involved with the Activities are GPS tracker rental/purchase, (estimated at $100.00); The badminton sets (2 @ $25.00); Paddleboat Rental ($150 with possibility of price reduction), Miscellaneous Supplies/Recruitment ($100) • Campground Rental: The cost of camping is valued at around $200, but the SRA is willing to work out a volunteering deal to accommodate the student camping budget.
