Habitat • Tropical deciduous forests • Tropical scrub forests • Tropical grasslands of India • Southern China • Southern Asia
Diet • They are carnivores ( meat eaters) • Rat snake and lizards • After eating large animals (that could take hours) they can go without food for months
Enemies • Mongoose • Eagles • Large owls • Rats • Wild boars
Fast Facts • They smell using their forked tongue • Their life span is about 20 years • They eat their prey whole • They are not really cobras
