PHASE C – ALTERNATIVE STRATEGIES PHASE C – OPTION 1: • Build parking structure on City Hall Lot C • Structure for use by ferry riders and hotel patrons • Structure would have to be open by Oct., 2007 • Temporarily locate City employees in remote lot and shuttle
PHASE C – ALTERNATIVE STRATEGIES PHASE C – OPTION 2: • Create interim remote ferry lot at Kaiser Property (south lot) and shuttle riders to terminal • 250-300 remote parking spaces • Retains over 1,000 walkable ferry spaces • Allows one development project to proceed

Next Steps • Initiate planning and implementation for interim parking at Marina Vista Park (for Phase B) • Investigate the feasibility of a Lot C Parking Structure and/or interim remote parking on the Kaiser Property (for Phase C)
