Feedback – What went well in the project? • General: • Good cross divisional approach • Good team members • Clear focus of training, good support from Leonardo Office • Improvement of language/communication skills • Interesting topics • Ideal to get new contacts in the group • Good motivation to be in the programme • Project: • Support and openness of plants visited • Good teams of Leonardo participants

  5. Feedback – What did not work well? • General: • Bad preparation of presentations (SIP) • SIP, MAC and HR not focused (no clear scope for LeoVation) • Not sufficient top-management back-up • Training from Malik Team had no relation to tasks • No responsibilities (sanctions?) • Project: • Tasks were not defined well, did not make sense actually • MAC coordination weak, difficult to align timetables of participants • Not enough time to do proper work • No interest in achieved output - no feedback from plants

  6. Feedback – What was missing/necessary? • General: • Joint SIP strategy of how to implement Leonardo participants • Clear focus on what has to be jointly achieved • Close support and monitoring from Mondi Management • Project: • Commitment from the side of MAC (not training but occupation) • Joint definition of targets and strategy • Focus on the usability of the output • Open discussions about progress and problems • More communication and less arrogance on both sides • Clear definition of deadlines (deliverables were submitted too late)

  7. Feedback – Suggestions for improvement • General: • Train high-potentials by high-potentials • Defined responsibilities and expectations (from all sides) • More focus to allow self-motivation of participants • Performance of Leonardo participants should be more appreciated • Give participants more time to care for training/projects • Project: • Assign team leader that has authority • Clear communication/meeting/deliverables plan • More and better preparation • Better integration of teams into visited/receiving organisation
