Hybrid(Ver. Feb21 by Princeton) • Design fixed. • In check by Vienna, KEK, Niigata • Start test production soon.
FLEX • 2 DSSD test in Vienna is in progress • Thick Au plating (=0.3um) results short circuit. • Made thinner(~0.05um) one and sent to Vienna • To improve bonding condition • Add Cover layer=> Au plating • Need plasma ashing to remove glue etc. • Delivered in the next week Print Denshi cover layer cutting Asahi Denka Inspection Ni-Au plating ??
