“Each institution within the VCCS shall develop agreements for postsecondary degree attainment with the public high schools in the school divisions that they serve, specifying the options for students to complete an associate's degree or a one-year Uniform Certificate of General Studies concurrent with a high school diploma.” • Includes Dual Enrollment and Advanced Placement courses with exam scores of 3 or higher • Submitted to VCCS and VDOE by April 15, 2013 HB 1184
