  3. Scope: R/W Engineering Support Services • Preparation of various types of recorded maps, Land Net Maps, Appraisal Maps and Deeds • All activities related to Right of Way Monumentation, Condemnation, and Right of Way Record Maps.

  4. This contract does not cover Conventional Land Surveying Support Services such as field work, preparation and maintenance of field survey documents, including compiling and maintaining survey field notes and drawings, and providing other field survey documents to Caltrans. • Mostly Staff Augmentation

  5. R/W Engineering Support Services Types of projects included in the RFQ • Widening Shoulder & Median • Construct Divided Expressway • Construct Truck Climbing and Descending Lane

Conflict of Interest • This conflict of interest is applicable to prime consultant, subconsultants, any person and subsidiary of the firm • All Right of Way Engineering Support Services provided by the Consultant and deliverables produced by the Consultant shall be free of any conflict of interest • The Consultant shall not receive compensation for all services in which the Consultant is found to have a conflict of interest
