Jesus Cares… • When you have personal property loss (Mt. 8:19-20; Lk. 8:1-3; 2 Cor. 8:9) • When you are falsely accused and persecuted (Jn. 15:20) • When you have a close friend betray you, or leave you (Jn. 13:18,36-38; Psa. 41:9)
Jesus Cares… • When you are rejected because of your beliefs (Jn. 1:11) • When you are rejected by your own family members (Jn. 7:5) • When you are criticized for your godly actions (Mt. 9:10-12; 11:18-19; Jn. 5:15-16)
Jesus Cares… • When you are misunderstood by those around you (Lk. 4:23-30) • When you lose a loved one to death (Jn. 11:32-36) • When you are grieved over those lost in sin (Mt. 9:36-38; 23:37; Lk. 19:41-44)
Jesus Cares… • When you are tempted of the Devil (Mt. 4:1-11; Lk. 22:28) • When you bare the burden of sin (2 Cor. 5:21; Heb. 1:3; 1 Pet. 2:24) • When you experience pain (Mt. 27:30) • When you face death (Mk. 10:33-34)
How Does Jesus Care? • He allows you to pray through him; and he prays for you (Heb. 4:14-16; 7:25; 9:24; Rom. 8:34) • He offers you an example to follow (1 Pet. 2:21) • He offers you his word of comfort (Rom. 15:4)
How Does Jesus Care? • He offers you his promise to aid you (Heb. 2:18) • He offers you the assistance of others to help (1 Thess. 4:18; 5:11) • He offers you a commitment to be faithful to you (2 Tim. 1:12; 2:13)
