Industrial Park After the 2011 tornadoes led to the loss of life and permanent jobs in the paper and timber industry, Wilcox County worked with federal, state and regional partners to attract a copper tube factory from China in 2013. In 2019, the company announced an expansion of 30 to 40 jobs for a total employment of 400 of which 80% of the workers are from Wilcox and neighboring Clark counties.
