Challenge • Job sites need materials and supplies to get the job done • Material suppliers (quarries and plants) produce these materials • Trucking companies deliver these materials from suppliers to job sites
Challenge Cont’d • Job sites get material from multiple trucking companies and from multiple suppliers • Truckers work with multiple suppliers delivering material to multiple customers • Hard to track what’s been delivered – manual process using ‘tickets’
Vision of Solution • Central Site where companies can view all their ticketing information • What was delivered to me – all materials from all suppliers by all truckers • What was delivered – all materials to all job sites from all suppliers • What was produced – all materials to all job sites by all truckers
