Who Can Deliver the Training? • Majority of Knowledge will be available on-line • Practical training available (for those that want it) • Increased number of Trainers • Increased number of Assessors • Trainers/Assessors RYA Approved • Trainers/Assessors distributed across the RYA Regions • Wholesale changes take time, hope to trial late 2019 and introduce in 2020?

  6. Summary: Comprehensive reworking of Mark Layer Courses. Courses better tailored to current needs. Increase uptake by reducing resources and costs. Increase accessibility by providing knowledge on-line, but still offer practical training. Increase number of trainers/assessors across more regions.
