Deployment Plan • Make several install packages available to departments • AV only (32 & 64 bit) • Endpoint Protection Suite (32 & 64 bit) • Students would just download AV • Install package will uninstall Sophos or existing AV product and install Symantec • Departmental IT staff can choose to manage their own users via Symantec Admin Console

Projected Deployment Timeline • Week of Oct. 24 – begin deployment to selected departmental users (CBA) • Website available (go.unl.edu/kbu) • Packages available for download if desired • Week of Oct. 31 – begin working with departments to setup console and plan deployment • Tues, Nov. 1 - communications begin to go out to campus; students can download
