This study evaluates the impact of celecoxib on cardiac function in genetically modified mice through an ex vivo heart model. Statistical analysis shows no significant differences in measured parameters between control and celecoxib-treated groups.

Supplemental Table 1. Effects of celecoxib on cardiac function. cPLA2+/+ and cPLA2-/- mice were administered either control or celecoxib incorporated chow for three days. Hearts were excised and analyzed by a working heart model that evaluates the ex vivo functional capacity of the heart by determining left ventricular developed pressure, heart rate, contraction/relaxation and cardiac output. There were no statistical differences between groups in any of the parameters tested using a one-way ANOVA. Values represent the means ± SEM of 3-6 mice per group.
