  2. What is artificial intelligence? Main goals for Artificial Intelligence The creation of expert systems, that exhibit intelligent behavior to learn, show, explain and give advice; Implementation of human intelligence in machines is creating machines that can understand, think, learn and behave like people.

Artificial Intelligence Projects • Development and implementation of a neural network (creating a data analyzer allows you to organize and collect information) • Software for artificial intelligence system based on IBM Watson • A computer game with artificial intelligence • Create a game using modules of artificial intelligence, with the introduction of synthetic game characters with realistic behaviors

Accomplished work Tasks, conducted on AI projects, which were already accomplished up-to-date The negotiations with IBM and Oxford • There were several meetings and negotiations with representatives of IBM. Our team was accredited to work with the IBM Watsons. Artificial Intelligence developed by IBM were presented by our specialist in London at the meeting with representatives of the University of Oxford.

  5. Work with the University of Oxford • The essence of the project: creation on the basis of IBM Watson, using the experience of Oxford teaching English language tutor, who simulates the teacher-tutor. Short-term plans Meeting of the project team in London (Oxford) for giving a presentation and signing of the cooperation agreement, which we can use to raise funds if you refuse to Finance this project. Further steps So after that we plan to fly to the HQ of IBM in Europe in the Czech Republic, where we have already been invited for further process of cooperation.

  6. Work with the University of Oxford: required funding • A trip to London our team, consisting of: CEO, Nikolay Nasinsky, CTO Gert Steyn, personal assistant to the CEO, the representative of the investor, engineer, linguist and professor of Cybernetics. • The cost of the trip 3 days, considering all costs of $10,000 • During this trip we plan to open in London company under this specific project. The cost of opening from 1000 to 2000 pounds. • Presentation of the project, site, video presentation is up to $10,000

  7. After trip to Oxford we plan to have a business to the Czech Republic, European office of IBM. • This requires up to $10,000. • What will be done: the creation of technical documentation and plan for Artificial Intelligence project, the term is: 1-2month, we need for this $50,000. • Technical documentation and plan will be done by CEO, CTO, project architect, Data Science and Data Security specialists. • Rent of office space (100-200 m2) to work on the development of a requirements specification that includes specific technical plan with actions and timeline per 1 year. It will focus on the adaptation of Watson and expertise of Oxford in algorithmic computer software that will collect and analyze data about the user as quickly as possible to give it to Watson, which will be on the basis of this chat with a real user.   8. Work with IBM: additional funding and tasks After we prepare technical documentation, we will form a specific team of programmers that will work according to the requirements on this project. Roughly, the salary fund per month starts from $100,000 (exact sum will be known, as soon as technical documentation will be finished). Objective: to obtain a working algorithm, which we will then scale with a market program like Duolingo, 50 million downloads and 10 million active users. The first months after the program launch it will be distributed free of charge. After that the sessions with our tutor will cost $10 per month.

  9. The program for learning foreign language: the expected results • 10 million users within 3 years. Expected revenues: $100 million per month • A training program for English users in China and India, that can give us 100 million users and about $1 billion of income per month • A training program for English language users in South Africa
