  5. WMC Charting System Logging in: • Employee Username + Password • Information stored within the database Welcome Screen: • Navigation • Every form’s “home”

  6. Patient Information • Enter data for new Pt • Review existing Pt • Search by Last Name

  7. Employee Information • Add a New Employee • Review Existing Employee • Search for Employee by Last name

  8. Assessment • Enter a new assessment • Review Assessments • Search by Pt ID • Multiple records per PT kept in database
