Project Update • July 18, 2011 • Phase I FFGA signed at Florida Hospital ceremonies • Nov. 3, 2011 • FDOT purchased the corridor from CSXT • Now responsible for all maintenance and operations • Jan. 27, 2012 • Groundbreaking Ceremonies held • Construction activities now underway • July 29, 2013 • FDOT took over dispatch operations on the SunRail corridor from CSXT

Project Update Operations and Maintenance • Awarded to Bombardier April 12, 2013 • Now mobilizing, hiring staff, training trainers • July 29, 2013 – took over dispatch operations on the SunRail corridor from CSXT • Responsibilities include: • Operations • Dispatching • Fleet maintenance • Track maintenance • Customer service • Station platform and facility maintenance • Material supply

Project Update • Locomotives • Motive Power (Boise, ID) • 10 locomotives (7 for Phase 1 and 3 for Phase 2) • Delivery – Fall 2013 • 1st Locomotive arrives late August/early September • Coaches/Cab Cars • Bombardier (Plattsburgh, NY) • 20 passenger cars (14 for Phase 1 and 6 for Phase 2) • Delivery – Summer 2013 • 1st Cab Car arrives late July/early August
