  2. Step 1 First you cut open the top of your pumpkin. Then you scrape out all of the seeds. After the seeds are gone, you get the guts out with a scooper.

  3. Step 2 Next you figure out what design you are going to create on your pumpkin: either it’s a smiley face, or a ghost, or a witch, or even a word or letter. It’s your choice, so you pick.

  4. Step 3 After that, you get all of your tools and get started. It might be a little difficult carving what you picked, so go for an easier one if that happens. Or if your design is too easy, go for a more challenging one. Remember, it’s your choice.
