How much is player registration? This information is likely found on the web site or in promotional brochures.
Is your organisation a profit or non-profit organisation? Question makes you look dumb!
Does the club have any gaming machines? Look and see for yourself!
What is the total cost of club merchandise? Too complicated, interviewee unlikely to know the answer. Better to simply ask about types of product sold.
What functions do you run through the year? You will need to explain what is a function!
What are the pay rates for employees? This information may be too sensitive!

What is sold at the bar? Silly question!
How many competitions have been planned for the current season? Isn’t it next season you are budgeting for? Anyway, just ask for next years calendar!
What is the ration of male to female participants? How will this help your budgeting?
What is the buying cost of trophies? You could obtain basic information about the cost of trophies by visiting a web site.
How much is the electricity bill per year? Why not ask for a copy of previous year’s financial accounts? Then you can get information on many costs.
