  3. Travelsfromourschooltopartnerschools • Erasmus + is a unique adventure that brings people closer than anything else. Distances are overcome and friendships remain for life. • In our MMA project, we partner with five European countries. We had the pleasure of visiting two of them. And the other two visited us. • As we planned our mobility, we were once again convinced that mathematics was all around us and was unnoticeable in our daily lives. • We were very curious to know where we would go, how long we would travel and with what. • The price was also significant because of the budget. • And so here's what our study found.

  4. 28 May- 2 June 2018 Krepcha, Bulgaria - Viladrau, Spain

Information • Distance between Krepcha, Targovishte (Bulgaria)and Viladrau, Catalunya (Spain)on public roads is - 2643.60 km or 1639.03 miles. • The distance between the points in the coordinates - 1944 km or 1166.4 miles. • To overcome this distance at an average vehicle speed of 80 km / h require - 24.3 h. Or 1458.0 minutes. • The length of this distance is about 4.9% The total length of the equator. • Airliner Airbus A380 will fly the distance in 2.1 hours, and the train 27.8 hours (Not high-speed train). • It is obviously more comfortable by plane!

  6. We have put together the following route that is appropriate for our group • Krepcha-Targovishte • 56.67 km at an average vehicle speed of 80 km / h require - 0.6 h. Or 33.0 minutes. • Targovishte-Sofia • 313.99 km at an average vehicle speed of 80 km / h requires - 3.3 h. Or 197.3 minutes. • Sofia - Barcelona • Airliner Airbus A380 will fly at 1.9 h. • Barcelona - Viladrau • 95.48 km at an average vehicle speed of 80 km / h requires - 0.8 h. Or 49.5 minutes. • And back the same to returnto Krepcha

Information • Distance between Krepcha, Targovishte (Bulgaria) and Główna, Poznan (Poland) on public roads is - 1891.81 km or 1172.92 miles. • The distance between the points in the coordinates - 1197 km or 718.2 miles. • To overcome this distance at an average vehicle speed of 80 km / h require – 15.0 h. Or 897.8 minutes. • The length of this distance is about 3.0% of the total length of the equator. • Airliner Airbus A380 will fly the distance in 1.3 hours, and the train 17.1 hours (No high-speed train). • We will travel by plane again, but now from an airport closer to us!

  9. Our route to partner school • Krepcha - Henri Coandă International Airport, Bucharest (Romania) • The distance is 158.79 km. At an average vehicle speed of 80 km / h requires - 1.5 hours or 90.8 minutes. • Henri Coandă International Airport, Bucharest (Romania) - Główna, wielkopolskie, Poznan (Poland) • Airbus A380 passenger plane will fly in 1.2 hours (with overtaking) • And back the same to returnto Krepcha

Let's calculate • For our journey from Krepcha to Viladrau and back we traveled • 932,28kilometers and 1,9flying hours for a total of 6,6 hours +extra time due to speed limits on roads,airport checksand check-in and transfer to another plane and stay there. • Our journey to Spain lasted 13 hours×2 = 26 hours • For our journey from Krepcha to Poznan and back we traveled • 317,58kilometers and 1,2 flying hours for a total of2,7 hours + extra time on our way back home due to delayed flight in Warsaw airportfor an hour and a long time queuing on the Romanian –Bulgarian border. • Traveling to Poland took total 21 hours Erasmus+ is Maths!
