Dining Room Vision • We hope to make our guests feel as though they’ve entered Time’s Square on New Year’s even upon entering the dining room • There will be a poster of Times Square and festive decorations to help guests feel as though they’ve entered the City for a New Year’s Eve Party
First Course • Big Apple Salad • Spinach, apple, and walnut coated in a cranberry vinaigrette • *Allergens- Nuts
Second Course • Radio City Soup • Carrot and ginger with a dollop of homemade cashew cream sauce • *Allergens- Nuts in cream sauce
Main Course • Marinated Medallion Steak with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Seasoned Green Beans • Medallion steak coated in a basil marinade with mashed potatoes and seasoned green beans • *Allergens- Lactose in potatoes
Vegetarian option • Portobello Mushroom served with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Seasoned Green Beans • Quinoa, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, raisins, and basil with a balsamic vinaigrette glaze topped on a Portobello mushroom • *Allergens- Nuts
Service Style • Gold Plate • All guests are served at the same time • One head server will lead the group, and make a signal for when to place food

Reception Vision • Our vision for our guests is to make them feel as though they have just e entered the streets of New York City. • Guests will enter Festival and feel as though they just got off the Metro in NYC. Staff members will be greeting them and welcoming them to the New Year’s Eve Party. • As they walk through the reception area, they will have a chance to view iconic New York sites such as the New York City Skyline, the Tin Man Statue, and Lady Liberty. There will be background sounds of busy streets to help create the feel of a New York street. • There will also be a New Year’s Eve Resolution wall and photo booth with props to incorporate the New Year’s theme.
Post reception vision • After the main course is finished, there will be a Ball Drop, like a traditional New Year’s Eve party. Post Reception will be similar to an after party. • The main focus of post-reception will be ambiance with lighting and décor. • The ceiling will be full of balloons to make the ceiling appear lower and lighting will be dimmed to create a subtle mood.

Passed hors d’oeuvres • Mini Caprese Bites • Mozzarella Cheese wedged in between tomatoes skewered with basil leaves drizzled with balsamic vinegar • Coney Island Dog • Mini hot dogs wrapped around with bacon, lightly glazed with barbecue sauce
Action station • The Yankee Pretzel • Served with Honey Mustard Raspberry Sauce or Caramel Sauce
New york cheesecake balls • Oreos mixed with cream cheese and chocolate
Babe ruth bites • Brie and blackberry jam wrapped in pastry, topped with a fresh blackberry
World famous red velvet cookies • World Famous Red Velvet Cookies • Homemade red velvet cookies dipped in white chocolate
