  1. Always open HansWare before you open any word document or Internet Explorer.

  2. Press 1 to select the word.

  3. Hans Tools & Hans TTS • Adding Han Yu Pin Yin • Pronounciation

  4. If you cannot see the Hans Tools and Hans TTS, go to the next slide to enable these functions.

  5. Put a tick in every box and press OK.

  6. Highlight the words before you press the Add Pin Yin icon.

  7. Highlight the words before you press the Remove Pin Yin icon. You need to remove the Han Yu Pin Yin before the pronunciation can work.

  8. Open any Chinese document on MS Word

  9. Press Play for pronunciation.

  10. You can move the cursor over any words to find the pronunciation and meaning of that particular word. You can also open any Chinese web page and place the cursor over any Chinese characters to find the pronunciation and the meaning.

  11. Press again if you want to disable it.

  12. 1st button = pronunciation 2nd button = HansMaster

  13. Register Later

  15. Chinese to Chinese

  16. Pronunciation

  17. Maximize the screen Writing Pad Icon is for Character Stroke

  18. Press anywhere on the white screen to remove the colour.
