  2. The 3 r’s and examples • The 3 r’s are reduce, reuse, and recycle. • An example of recycling is when you have a aluminum/tin can you can recycle it. • Also, by recycling it you can reuse it and create it into something else. • In addition, you are reducing the amount you are trashing.

  3. 4th R • A forth that can be added to the memo of reduce R is repair. • Repair can be helpful because when you have something broke you can use recycled items to repair them.

  4. ACUA • The organization responsible for families recycling in Atlantic County is ACUA. • ACUA accepts cardboard, paper, metal, glass, and plastic. • These items are picked up every week.

  5. ACUA • Besides the usual recycling they also expect glass, cardboard, clothes and shoes. • The things that they don’t expect is electronic devices.

  6. Re-Invent • If I could invent something out of a 2 litter bottle I would create a way for mice and rats to travel. Many people complain how they have rodents in their homes with my invention we can ship them off somewhere instead of killing them.
