IT WAS A JAPANESE GAME OF TAG • IT IS A VERY SIMPLE BUT AN INTERESTING GAME • CHILDREN IN JAPANESE ENJOYED PLAY IT. • IT NEEDS FIVE OR SIX MEMBERS TO PLAY. MR. DARUMA FELL DOWN
NEEDS TO CHOSE ‘IT’ ( THE TAGGER ) BY FINGER-FLASHING GAME. THEN, THE PERSON WHO IS CHOOSEN AS ‘IT’ MUST FACES AWAY THE OTHERS PLAYERS TOWARDS THE WALL. ‘IT’ THEN CHANTS A SPELL “MR. DARUMA FELL DOWN”. WHEN ‘IT’ ( THE TAGGER) SPELL, THE OTHER CHILDREN MUST COMING AS NEAR AS POSSIBLE TO APPROACH “IT”. WHEN “IT” FINISHES SAYING THE SPELL, “IT” CAN TURN AROUND AND LOOK AT THE PLAYERS. THE PLAYERS SHOULD STOP THEIR ACTIONS. IMMEDIATELY WHEN THE LAST WORDS IS SPOKEN AND TRY NOT TO MORE WHILE ‘IT’ IS LOOKING AT THEM.
IF NOBODY IS MOVING, “IT” TURNS AROUND AGAIN AND REPEATS THE SPELL “MR DARUMA FELL DOWN”. BUT IF “IT” SPOT SOMEBODY MOVING, “IT” CAN CALL PLAYERS NAME AND WHOSE NAME IS CALLED UPON IS CAUGHT. THEN, THE PLAYER HAS GO TO THE PLACE WHERE “IT” IS AND STAND HOLDING ONE OF HIS HANDS. THE PLAYERS MAY NOT RUN AWAY OR HELP THE OTHER PLAYERS. IF ALL THE PLAYERS ARE CAUGHT IN THIS WAY BY “IT”, THE PERSON FIRSTH CAUGHT BECOMES THE NEXT “MR DARUMA FELL DOWN”.
IF A PLAYER TOUCHING THE BACK SHOULDER OF “IT”, HE OR SHE GET FREE FROM “IT” AND SHE OR HE MUST SHOUT “KITTA” (I CUT YOU LOOSE). FREE PLAYERS RUN AS FAST AS THEY CAN AWAY FROM“IT” AND “IT” MUST TURNS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND SHOUT “TOMARE” (STOP). THEN, EVERY PLAYERS MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY AT THEIR POINT. AFTER THAT, “IT” CAN TAKE UP TO FIVE STEPS FROM WHERE “IT” STANDING TO TOUCH OTHERS PLAYERS. IF “IT” TOUCH EVERY OTHER PLAYERS, THE FIRST PLAYER TOUCHED IS THE NEXT “IT”( MR DARUMA FELL DOWN). HOWEVER, IF “IT” CAN’T REACH EVERYONE, THEN HE OR SHE REMAIN “MR DARUMA FELL DOWN “ FOR THE NEXT ROUND. GAME RULES
