Women in Management (WiM) • WiM is a National voluntary network, established in 1969, affiliated to the CMI in 1999 • Key Aims: • Addressing the key issues affecting women managers today; • Providing opportunities for women’s development; • Lobbying and engaging key decision makers and stakeholders in industry and government; • Working to raise the debate around women’s progression and equality as whole in the workplace.
