  3. Company Profile • Refer to pages 9 – 10 in your In Company book to know what to include

  4. Grading criteria • Content (1 point) – how interesting and how relevant to the topic was the presentation? Was there enough or too much/too little information?

  5. Organization (1 point) • Was there an introduction? • Was the information presented clearly and logically? • Were ideas easy to follow? • Was there a conclusion or summary?

  6. Presentation (1 point) • Did the speaker motivate the listeners (by using the blackboard, handouts, charts, diagrams, PowerPoint)? • Did the speaker talk to the audience naturally? • Could the speaker answer the questions from the listeners?

  7. Language (2 points) • Did the speaker’s use of language interfere with your ability to grasp the main ideas? • Were vocabulary and grammar appropriate and understandable?
