  6. Executive Dashboard 7.0 – Filters • Filters can be organized by user defined reporting hierarchies. • Setup the filter to the desired settings. Choose default filter to set your new search as the primary default. Save. • Name the Filter. Selecting ‘private’ will restrict the view to the current user.

  7. Executive Dashboard 7.0 - Aging Criteria • Edit an existing filter or create a new filter to apply aging parameters; expand the Aging criteria to elect transaction types and related settings. Remember to save your settings. Transaction type selections greater than 4 may create difficulty in viewing the graph.

  8. Executive Dashboard 7.0 - Aging Criteria • Summarizing debits and credits will display a net number. The graph may appear misleading if the transaction type nets to zero. • Option to group by transaction type • Addition of various aging options; • Effective vs Post Date • Literal Days vs Fiscal Period Flexible Bucket Options
