Dark energy is merely an artifact of inhomogeneity • Sructure formation modelled with Newtonian gravity is invalid • MOND could act on a cosmological scale to explain acceleration • Direct observation of Dark energy was reported today. • Can observed voids possibly cause apparent acceleration of the magnitude observed? • What straightforward set of observations could definitively determine that current observations wrongly interpret apparent acceleration?
