Texts • Texts on the website is well enough only for scanning! • Create a visual hierarchy • Conventions mandatory • Divide pages clearly • Texts with tidy background
Usability • Website should satisfy the expectation of visitors • Enough information tell them what they want to know • Save visitors’ progress constantly • Fix the usability problems that confuse everyone
Navigation and Tab • Make full use of navigation and tabs to let visitors get what they want to knoe easily • Tell how to use the site • Tell where visitors are • Put the trace on the top • Use > between levels • Current position should be outstanding
Accesibility • Add alt text to images • Make your forms work with screen readers • Create a “skip to main content” link at the beginning of each page • Make all content accessible by keyboard • Limit the use of javascript • Use client-side image maps
