Agenda for Wednesday, 1/22 Please access the link below: http://www.education.com/study-help/article/persuasion-techniques/ Read the following sections: Lesson Summary & History of the Art of Persuasion, paying special attention to the logos, pathos and ethos sections. You might want to take a few brief notes on each concept.

  2. Application of Concepts • Locate the document/notes where you tracked your identification of the PRINT ads that we looked at last week. • Then, open up the PDF that includes the different print ads that we analyzed. Using your newfound knowledge about logos, pathos and ethos, analyze each ad and decide which concept is most evident. • Add the identification (logos, pathos, or ethos) to each of the ads (in your notes/document) and include a brief justification of your identification. We will discuss these tomorrow(hopefully). • Next, please do the same for the persuasive essay that you wrote on Friday.
