Why a new form & this database? Form: Less precise answers (and more general questions) to only have an overview. Easer and clearer to complete than previous form. « Automatic » associated members database Just « Copy and paste » one time the line of data from the form to the database! Database: Gather all information in one file! To find easily determined member, specific skills, feedstocks,... To send right information to right organisations To establish statistics Use a common structure to store and share information
How to use this tool A) Adapt the form for your BSC Video:https://dl.dropbox.com/u/76137709/Adapt%20the%20form%20for%20your%20BSC.mov 1) Open the "Intent letter_Excel form.xls" 2) Right-click on the sheet n°1 tag (Feuil1) and chose "Unprotect" --> type the password ("bioennw") 3) Adapt the sheet n°1 with your data: change the organisation name and email address of the local contact ("green" in the document) 4) Protect the sheet n°1 (Feuil1): right-click on the sheet 1 tag (Feuil1) and chose "Protect" --> type the password ("bioennw") 5) Save the file without have made any other change and send it to your potential members
