  1. Citibus Student Feedback Amber, Lexi, Ben, & Paige

  2. The Issue • To improve the bus systems on campus to make them more user friendly • Improve the overall quality of the Citibus bus system used by Texas Tech

  3. The Practical Goal • To get the SGA to take a survey to collect opinions of the students who ride the buses • Do research to see if students believe there are ways to improve the Citibus experience

  4. Audience • SGA External VP – Mike Uryasz • Convince Mike Uryasz to present this idea to the Transportation Advisory Fee Committee

  5. Document Design • We are going to appeal to the SGA using: • Sample survey(s) • Include the idea of a QR Code in the Daily Toreador • Ideas to promote students who ride the bus to complete surveys (hand out survey’s on bus, set up a booth, etc.)

  6. Design & Writing Challenges • Coming up with a solid goal • Getting the SGA to implement these ideas • Cost of advertisement, etc.

  8. Each Member’s Role • Ben: Edit for grammar, typos, uniformity, etc. & present the proposal • Lexi: Type up first half of Proposal Plan Rough Draft & research • Paige: Type up second half of Proposal Plan Rough Draft & research • Amber: Make PowerPoint presentation & survey/handout

  9. Questions so I don’t forget.. • How do we want to set up the handout? • Add or take off anything from the PP? • Do we want to wear (or not wear) anything specific? • Like no sweats or anything of the sort?
