Sections 1201 and 1512 Reporting Requirements • Sect. 1201(c)(1) requires grant recipients (BIA and tribes) to submit periodic fund use reports to the covered agency (FHWA) • Reports shall be collected and compiled by FHWA and transmitted to Congress • Sect. 1512 requires entities that receive recovery funds to provide Recipient Reports
