  3. SHORT TERM GOAL • Change my teaching style according to new techniques. • Focus on encouraging students instead of prasing . • Help the students to understand and use other resources.

  4. Instructional strategies and tasks • I will provide more opportunities for students answer questions that require high order thinking . • I will allow students to gather randomly. • I will ask questions that require.

  5. Resources • Inter net . • Wordprocessing,multimedia,and spreadsheets,application. • Intel@teach program. • Library.
