  2. Early Life • He was born on January 1706. • Born in Boston Massachusetts. • 1715 was last day of school. • 1718 becomes apprentice printer. • 1723 runs away from his brother to make his own business.

Adult Life • Lived in England, Philadelphia, Boston, and London. • Ben Married Deborah read rogers in 1730. • His two sons were born in 1732 and 1734. • Then his daughter, Sally was born in 1743. • He was a Inventor, Statesman, Scientist, and musician. • He made the first newspaper and that helped him get rich.

  4. Contributions • One of Ben Franklin’s most famous discoveries was Electricity. • Another famous thing he did was made Bifocals so he would not have switch his glasses. • Another invention is the Franklin stove because people still use them today.

Fun Facts • He made money that was paper and People liked it. • An almanac shows the weather and the days of the week. • Bens wife could hardly read or write. • One of his sons died of Smallpox when he was only four years old. • The Franklin stove gives off more heat than a normal fire and also uses less wood.

Conclusion • He was remembered by statues being built. • Also he is on the hundred dollar bill. • People mourned for him and that’s showing sadness over someone's death. • As I said before Ben Franklin gave many contributions to our free country. • For example he got France to sign a treaty that ended the American Revolutionary War.
