HAEA’s structure and staffing • 92 employees, 85% hold higher education degree (university or college) • two directorates led by DDGs (NSD, GND) • one central part directed by the DG • organisation structures (old and new) are on the next slides - changes are only in NSD • Basic difference: departments by functions (old) vs. departments by facilities/licensees (new)
