  6. Set-up of the event ICT Proposers’ Day is an information fair with no formal agenda. However, there will be: • ‘Presentation rooms’: 8 scenes dedicated to: • WP 2009-2010: 7 challenges, FET, RI, INCO • other activities: RI, Artemis, Eniac, AAL • series of ‘information/networking booths', • other areas and cafeterias for meetings European ICT Proposers Day – Hungary 22 January 2009

  10. How to make the best use of the ICT Proposers’ Day website? Prepare in advance by meeting future partners virtually! • create a profile / reuse your ICT 2008 profile • comment to each of the Objectives • express an interest in participating in FP7 ICT calls for proposals as: • a potential project leader or • a partner • Submit a presentation until the 19th of January at 12:00!

How can you contribute to the event? • Inform your contacts (poster, flyer, logo) • Set up proactive actions to raise awareness • Encourage potential participants to express interest and to search for partners • Animate the website’s communication forum for each objective European ICT Proposers Day – Hungary 22 January 2009
