  3. : TECHNIQUES FOR DEVELOPING SOFT SKILLS Comprehensive Learning Experience: Expert Guidance and Hands-On Training: • The course began with an introduction to PCB Design, covering fundamental concepts and explaining the importance of PCB design in electronic devices. • Students received training on industry-standard software tools for PCB design during the Design Software module. Firstly, eager to deepen their understanding of PCB design, nearly 60 second-year ECE students participated enthusiastically in the PCB Design course. Organizers Committed to Student Development: Impact and Benefits of PCB Design: • Students developed practical PCB Design skills through the course, enhancing their technical abilities and preparing them for industry demands. • The practical sessions significantly improved students’ understanding and retention of PCB Design concepts. Dr. M. Kavitha, Professor of ECE at KRCT, played a pivotal role in the successful organization of this PCB Design course. Her dedication to enriching educational experiences and bridging the gap between academic learning.
