The overall objective of the evaluation • to gain sufficient information about the new training for either confirming the training programme’s adequacy or proposing improvements and compare it with the existing job club
Specific objectives of the evaluation • To evaluate to what extend the learning objectives were achieved • To check the adequacy of the modules developed and the contents within individual training modules • To estimate the quality and applicability of prepared training materials • To find out the adequacy of working methods used within the modules • To evaluate the suitability of organisation, duration and form of implementation • To prepare recommendations for improvement.
Target groups • 12 participants of training programme • teachers/mentors • Control/matching group: 12 participants of job club and mentors) • Members of LARG
Methods used • Participants: • Spider net ( pre testing, post testing) • Social capital questionnaires • Semi structured interview

Expected results • Identification of weaknesses which has to be corrected • Necessary improvement among all stakeholders agreed • Evaluation report prepared
