NCTF made up of Potter, Tioga, Bradford, Sullivan, Lycoming, Clinton and Union counties in north central PA.
An email was circulated through the task force, especially the GIS Committee, to review the web site illustrating anticipated population influxes for counties nationwide.
NCTF is directed by EMA Coordinators/Directors from each of the 7 counties in the region
