FLEX Approach Enhances Safety • FLEX is a system of comprehensive, tailored safety measures to respond to extreme events • 64 sites around the country maintain backup portable safety equipment • More portable, backup safety equipment being added at all 64 plant sites • Regional response centers being developed and equipped in Memphis and Phoenix • INPO’s expanded emergency center will facilitate equipment sharing
