  4. Appropriate clothes • Don’t wear jewelry on the job • Don’t wear “sagging” shirts or pants or necklaces on the job either

  5. Head position Change your head position every 15 min. at least Keep your head 18-30 in. from the screen

  6. Things you don’t want to see • If something inappropriate pops up exit out if you can’t turn off the computer and tell an adult
