RICHMOND SCHOOL& Sixth Form College Practical PPE dates are shown below: GCSE PE Practical exam Monday 31st October Art Practical exam Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd November Digital Photography and Drama exams Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th November Music performance exams Week beginning Monday 28th November Dance PPE Wednesday 25th January 2017 *ICT on-line test – this is the real thing! Tuesday 6th December No PPE in – BTEC Engineering, BTEC Sport, Core PE or ICT

RICHMOND SCHOOL& Sixth Form College • Important information for students – • Exams will take place in the main hall (except Music – venue tbc) • Make a note of the date and times of all of your exams and bring the correct equipment for each one (know the items you must have ie black pen and the items you shouldn’t have ieTippex/revision notes) • You should go to tutor every morning - if you have an exam period 1 please come to the hall for a 9.15am start (9am on Thursday) • If you are late to school please make your way immediately to the hall • Bottled water allowed (with label removed please) • Hand mobile phones/Ipods/Smartwatches into Student reception before every exam • Coats/bags in lockers or store room – do not leave valuables unattended • Check the seating plan before every exam (corridor window) • Wait to be called into the hall – you should remain silent at times when in the hall • Listen carefully to instructions. If you have a question please put your hand up • Wait to be dismissed (row by row, collect belongings from the store room, go to next lesson, break or lunch as quickly as possible) • Any communication could be classed as cheating

Please place your extra time card on your exam desk so it can be seen by the invigilators • all other Access Arrangements ie reader/writer/computer – students will receive an individual timetable stating room/times • Please see me if: • You have 2 or more exams scheduled at the same time • You are absent from an exam – missed exams can be rearranged where possible • You have any queries about the PPEs • PPE Results Day • Thursday 1 December 2016 • Good luck!
