Facilities Project UpdateResidential • DASNY PN 254430 - Electrical Modifications at Mohawk & Smith • Description - Replacement of existing electrical panels, breakers, wiring, outlets and switches in student wings. The project will separate various circuits providing each student room with a dedicated circuit as well as a shared surge protected circuit (surge protected outlet) for computer equipment use. • Status - Complete.

Facilities Project UpdateResidential • DASNY PN 254440 - Entrance Canopies, Lobby Upgrades & Site at Mohawk & Smith • Description - Improved pedestrian and vehicular access to Smith and Mohawk including site landscape, lighting, blue lights, canopy and entrance vestibules. Renovations to the entrance lobbies including floor finishes, walls, railings and windows. • Status - Approximately 90% complete. Entrance canopies expected to be complete mid to late September. Delivery of permanent exterior lighting expected October 1st followed by installation. Delivery of permanent store fronts, doors and windows expected November 1st followed by installation.

Facilities Project UpdateResidential • New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) Energy Services Program - Replace Boilers, Smith, Mohawk, Heritage & Rushton • Description - Replacement of existing hot water boiler in each residence building with two high efficiency boilers. One boiler will be used to provide domestic hot water and the other will be used to heat the building. A third boiler will be installed to provide heat and domestic hot water for each of the residence buildings directors living space. • Status - Approximately 85% complete. Substantial completion expected late September.
